John Bates,

MD

John is the founder of Pediatric Place. A native of Arab, Alabama, he completed medical school at the University of Alabama in 2004 and Pediatric Residency at Duke Children’s Hospital in 2007. John and his wife, Mandy, have seven children, ranging in ages from infant to teen. His goal is to treat you like his own family, helping navigate the challenges of child development during every stage of life.

Stephanie Harder,

CPNP

For the last ten years, Knoxville native Stephanie Harder has been part of the Pediatric Place family, serving children in the Northwest Tennessee region. She received her medical training from Vanderbilt University’s School of Nursing after undergraduate studies at Freed-Hardeman University. She loves serving your children and family, having funny conversations with her young patients, and spending time with her husband and sons — especially if it includes a trip to Disney World!

Holly Sullivan,

RN

Holly received her B.S. in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She and her husband, Cal, have a five-year-old son and a toy poodle. They love traveling and outdoor activities! She has been part of the Pediatric Place family for three years, and she loves getting to interact with you and your children. One of her greatest joys is watching your children grow into strong, healthy young adults.

Andrea Parker,

RN

Family time is precious to Andrea. With two boys of her own, Andrea says that when your children become patients, she considers them family, too. A native of Dresden, Tennessee, Nurse Andrea has been a part of the Pediatric Place family for ten years. When she isn’t working, you’ll most likely find her at sporting events with her husband, Casey, and their two boys.

Gabrielle Moss,

LPN

Gabrielle has been a Licensed Practical Nurse at Pediatric Place for more than eight years. When discussing what she loves about working with children like yours, she says that she loves seeing how resilient children are, no matter what obstacle is in their path. Gabrielle lives with her husband, Taylor, and two children, ages one and three, in Hickman, Kentucky.

Sarah Harding,

Receptionist

Strengthening and supporting the community is very important to Sarah, who has worked as a receptionist for Pediatric Place for 11 years. Having earned her B.A. in Business Management from the University of Tennessee at Martin, she has lived in Martin since 2003. Sarah’s family consists of her husband, her five-year-old son, and their beloved dog. When she is not greeting you at the front desk, her free time is spent with family at football games and concerts or listening to audiobooks.

Kim Storey,

Phlebotomist / Receptionist

Kim’s work as a phlebotomist and receptionist enables her to interact with your children at multiple levels. She loves the chance to assist them as they grow and change from infancy to childhood! Kim has worked with Pediatric Place for five years. She and her husband have two sons and a brand new puppy, and the family loves to play outdoors together.

Brandy Cook,

Office Manager

Brandy has been managing the office at Pediatric Place for 12 years! She and her husband, Brad, have two children and two dogs. She spends most of her free time watching her daughter cheer and her son play sports. Brandy received her degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee at Martin and puts her training to work daily, making the paperwork process as efficient as possible for you.
